How old is the Paint Mill Cottage?

It is obviously older than the red brick houses on either side which were built approx 1930, is it the original Mill Cottage or built from the remnants of the old mill which was demolished in approx 1905?

  It is older than 1905 - the red brick houses replaced the mill. It is the original Mill Cottage, it has been there at least since 1860 - I think?!?
