  • Hi, Yes a foreigner is able to buy property in the UK. We suggest you speak to your bank and mortgage advisor who would advise you on the procedure.

  • Hi Chia123, There are certainly no laws that would prohibit anyone from overseas buying in the UK, and there are a great many people who do buy here as a way of investing. There are things you will want to consider though. Among other things, there are mortgage fees, taxation both at home and in the UK and any other legal fees that you may be obligated to pay in your own country. It can be better checking to see if there are any before you buy. Many thanks, Scott
