What's it like to live in Penryn?

What are the pros and cons of living here? Is there much greenery in the area?

  It Is very nice, 2 Miles from Falmouth and there are all local facilities; post office, bank, Asda, B&Q, fish & chip shop, gift shops, lovely area to live. There is a harbour, coffee shops etc.
