What is the downside of buying a Beachlands bungalow?
Heard rumours that properties are hard to sell in the Beachlands estate in Pevensey Bay. Hard to get 100% mortgages so we've been told cause of the salt damage being near to the coast!! Also that these bungalows were originally only meant for holiday homes. We have viewed a very nice bungalows and have put in an offer and hearing these rumours has made us stop and think. Please advise
