Looking for a property with thatched roof...
Does anyone know what the insurance premiums would be on such a property? Thanks!

Considerably increased due to fire risk, my husband is Fire fighter and all the big domestic fires he has been to have been thatched. Though you can have a fire retardant layer applied when re fitted, to help bring down insurance costs
