Wanting to buy a house/live in Plymouth

We are wanting to move to Plymouth and any advice would be greatly appreciated. We have no children, just 1 small dog. We would prefer to be in a quiet area if possible. Can anyone enlighten us as to what it is like to live in Plymouth and what areas to avoid, if any? Many thanks to all.

  • Hi Simonetta, I see this question all the time and there is a very easy way to find out all the statistics your self. I'll drop the link below but will also write out the video transcription. I’m afraid I don’t know the area very well myself at all, so the best thing you can do is to go on the website, that shows all the policing policies in the area as well as statistics. You just type in your postcode and it will tell you exactly what the level of crime is in the area and also quite interestingly what type of crime whether it’s assault or shop lifting or various sorts of things, so you’ll be able to judge based on that hopefully. So good luck with that, any queries let me know. Regards, Jonathan Rolande :-).
