My home has been on the market for ages, what am I doing wrong?

Is there anything I can do to speed up the selling process? Any help would be greatly appreciated

  • I would need to look at your property listing to be able to answer this in more detail. Generally there are two factors which will prevent a property selling - Presentation and Price. The presentation of your property listing needs to be good to lure potential buyers to want to find out more, if they then arrange a viewing, you need to ensure that the property is clean, tidy and uncluttered to show it in its best light. Also if you are overpriced you will not attract any interest.
