If you can provide information such as Property type, size (ie Number of Bedrooms and reception rooms) Age of property, address including confirmation of your full post code, I would be able to give you a very rought desk top valuation. Your best bet would be to look on sites such as UpMyStreet.com and see what other houses in the area have been selling for. You will beable to see house prices sold in the last 3 months which will give you an idea.
