  • Correctly priced properties are still selling well so get 3 valuations on your property and price it at the lower end of the scale, this way you should get immediate interest and attract a potential buyer.

  • You have several options to sell your home fast. Auctioning your home, or companies who buy your home for cash, and of course the open market. Whether you advertise privately or with an estate agent, price is key. Pitch your house lower than others in the area and you should get much interest. This is a good time to sell, the market picks up this time of year so there will be more people looking and an attractive low price will bring them in. My advice would be to get three local agents to value and choose one who advertises on the top sites, 'Rightmove' and 'Zoopla' to maximise the viewers through your door.

  • Auction does offer the potential for a quick and certain sale. Simply the other answers are correct, make the property the best value for money in the market place in the area and it should sell in a reasonable time.
