Leasehold property in Prescot.
My house is a leasehold property, is it possible to buy the leasehold to make it a freehold? I only pay £2:00 a year to the lease holder

If you have owned the house for a number of years you can apply to the landlord to sell to you the share of the freehold, he will no doubt charge you for this. But it would mean you house will now be freehold.
