What are your top tips for choosing and finding a property sourcer?

  • I would say it depends what you want the property for. If it's for investment purposes ie to rent out, then I would speak to a 'good' letting/management agent that operates in the areas you are interested in. If you are looking to buy,refurb and then sell on again then I would suggest you speak to the busiest agent in the areas you're interested in. Finally, if you are looking for somewhere to live then also speak to the busiest estate agent on the area of interest. Having said all this, I would go to a few agents as well just to compare what they are telling you. Always speak to senior staff as they are more likely to be clued up. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!
