What's it like to live in Porth?

Is it an area on the up? Is there much greenery in the area?

  • We are a valley town surrounded by mountains, there are two rivers that meet and we have a massive park in the town centre, it used to be a bustling town but out of town stores have put spoil to that, however we do have great concerts in the park, we have a fantastic rugby team, longest oldest single span bridge, the writers of the Welsh National Anthem were born here, as was Tom Jones, we have a couple of smart bars, a golf course, rail link of 12 miles to Cardiff and 23 miles to the Brecon Beacons.
