    Personally, I think it is but it all depends on what you are looking for. If you haven’t visited the area, I would suggest making a trip down there.

    As a landlord, I would be looking for a good yield, and given it has good train links to london, and is close to the A13 I think the property prices are fairly good value. I have been through it a few times but no links to the area so wasn't sure what the rentals market is like. Thanks
