Hi Jamie, Rugby is a great location for a number of reasons. Many people buy homes here for the excellent road network (access to M1, M6, M40) and rail links (London is 48 mins) and great Schools. Rugby is a historic market town with plenty on amenities. Anything that isn't here can always been found in nearby cities/larger towns such as Coventry, Birmingham, Leamington or Northampton. I have lived and worked here for over 20 years would recommend it. If you need anymore information feel free to contact me or look at our web site which provides info. Hope this helps, kind regards Sean

Hi, I/we live on the new Long Lawford Estate, it's great - 3 pubs within walking distance (with weekly entertainment!), locals are friendly - we have a local shop and schools and we can commute to London for a show in approx 50 mins! Rugby, is in the process of developing itself with new infrastructures in the pipeline. We are within easy reach of Royal Leamington Spa for shopping, Stratford, Coventry and many more, what are you waiting for?
