  • Hello there, my name is Kelly and I work for Gibbs Gillespie, all properties in Linden Close were built in the 1930's approx. For any further information on Linden Close, I recommend speaking to our Ruislip Manor office on 01895 634201. Thank you, Kelly

  • Hi 43rumiH, To find out the age of your property, you can employ a number of different tactics that will give you more of a general reading as to the time it was first built. I would suggest that the best starting point would be the local council. The local authority in any area will normally be able to tell you the time that the home first had planning permission granted, which will give a general, and pretty accurate, idea of when it was first completed and sold on the market. Other options for finding out the age of a property include the likes of the Land Registry, which can direct you towards the first time the land was transferred to a new owner. If the home was built and sold by the same party, this will be the best way to get the exact age of it. Finally, try contacting the estate agent that sold the home. They will be able to tell you when it was built, hopefully, as this is often something that is part of the survey they will carry out. Many thanks, Scott
