  • Hi Bake001, I'm assuming that you need these details for insuring your home. Thankfully it is quite easy to do online, with the Association of British Insurers (ABI) offering a calculator for you to use which I have linked to at the bottom of this question. In order to use the calculator on the website, you need to sign up and agree to some conditions, which allows you to use it up to four times over the space of a year. This will be the most accurate calculator that you can find working in tandem with the Building Cost Information Service of Rics, and is a requirement of most insurance firms which need assurance of the full rebuild cost of any home before they will assign a premium to it. Many thanks, Scott
