What's it like to live in Seaham?

Are the people friendly? How does it compare to the areas around?

  • I'm not from Seaham but have lived there since 1994. I have found it to be the perfect place to live from a commuting point of view - with direct access to the A19, getting to Teesside, Tyneside, Durham or Sunderland is very quick and easy. The seafront area has been improved and developed beyond expectation.

There are on going developments happening in Seaham in particular on the coast which will rejuvenate the area. We do currently have properties available to buy in Seaham, attached is a link that will get you to all of our properties located in the Seaham area which is updated daily as and when properties become available. We hope this helps.
