Disability friendly properties.
When an estate agent mentions 'disability friendly', what does this entail? As an owner, wanting to rent a property out, what should be in place for a disabled person to live there? The property already has a full wet room downstairs and I will put a stair lift in. What else do I need? Many thanks.

Your best bet would be to check with the local council and they may be able to provide you with a set of guide lines for landlords looking to rent property to those with disabilities.
