What's it like to live in Shetland?

Is it a safe area? Is there much greenery in the area?

  • Shetland is generally a very safe area indeed, especially for growing children. The schooling here is second to none and is of very high quality. There are very little trees in Shetland with much of the hills covered in heather.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
