What's it like to live in Wellington?
Are the people friendly? Is there much greenery in the area?

Excellent! big enough to have all the amenities needed, small enough to be personal. Good choice of shops, good choice of schools, good choice of churches. Lots of free parking. fabulous park. very easy access to M5 [2 minutes] then very quick to Bristol / Exeter. very handy for north & south devon coasts
