What's it like to live in Southall?

Is there much greenery in the area? How does it compare to the areas around?

  • Lots of greenery around parks, communal gardens, over all great place to live, lots of friendly people.

  • Rents and property prices are cheaper than comparable areas. Not much turnover in property - therefore lower prices - please come and buy to lift the prices. Very lively, very colourful, exotic food. Too many pot-holed roads - council does not much care to improve Southall roads. Councillors are useless and on a gravy train. Need new blood to come and buy and make noise in the appropriate quarters.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
