It has changed hugely over recent years and now offers great shopping and transport options. The property market is recovering well and the large developers are continuing to build new homes which keep being habited so the areas popularity seems very good.

Southampton Centrally is a very active, vibrant area. Offering lots of new shops, bars and restaurants. The city centre has been subject to some major re-development of pedestrian areas, new housing developments, new shopping centres, re-development of the cruise dock gates which are of course attracting new people to the area.
