It depends what you mean by problems? There are a few ways to find out, either look at upmystreet.com, or ask the neighbours. If there is anything formal it may come up on a local search. It is a requirement that the vendors must answer questions when selling via a form from their solicitors that is passed to yours. This askes if they have had any problems with neighbours that they have had to involve local authourities about. All of this may incure some expense if you employ the services of a solicitor/conveyencer. We do have access to solicitors that operate on a no sale no fee.
