Can anyone send me information regarding Duncan Court, Anson Drive, Sholing, Southampton? I have put an offer on a flat at this location & I would like to find out a little about the following: * When were these flats built? * Are there any development plans for the immediate area? * Have there been any re-occuring problems/issues with these flats - (ie structural issues, maintainance etc) * Does anyone know the terms & conditions of both buying & living at Duncan Court? thank you for your time caroline
