Buying a property as a foreigner

Hello there, I am travelling to UK 4-5 times a month form past three years, I have always loved this place and now keen to buy a property which i can let for rental income, though i don't have much budget (up to 80K pounds) Any suggestions about location, legal aspect will be highly appreciable. Thanks

  • There are no restrictions on buying property for foreigners. The most important legal aspects of purchasing and owning a property in the UK are listed at the link below. As to your budget, it really is too small to buy a house to let, but you might be able to find a flat in a cheap area. To make the best choice, you might want to check employment growth and crime rates before choosing your destination.
