Yes, you can. Have a look at the link below. There are many sites you can advertise your house on for free, or for a little money. Some sell packages which include a for sale board and sort out the energy performance certificate for you. You can even set up your own free website. There are many ways to sell, without the estate agent. Just stay safe.
