Where to buy for professional under 250K close to London and Heathrow?

Looking for a place to buy which is in a professional, well off neighbourhood and under 250K. Need easy access to Heathrow for travels and London. Needs to be a nice safe environment with a good buzz of young professionals. Welcome any suggestions. Interested in areas worth looking at that has good access to road and rail, good value and most importantly low crime.
