What's the easiest way to relocate from Cornwall to Manchester?? Any top tips??

We are looking to relocate from Cornwall to Manchester and are unsure of the best way to do this. Is it best to sell & rent in Cornwall ?

    It would all depend on your personal circumstances. You could sell and rent, you could also part exchange the property.
