  • You need to be over 18 to sign any contract and for it to be legally binding.

  • You can rent a property from the age of 16, but you will need a guarantor.

  • In order to rent a property by yourself, 18 would be a legal age. You can also rent at the age of 16 if you had a UK guarantor

  • You can rent from the age of 16 however you will require a guarantor, if you do not have a guarantor it would be 18.
