I am trying to establish who owns the above dwelling to enquire about future renting

  I would do a land registry search for a couple pounds, but it may be worth just knocking on the door or checking with local lettings agents.

  As long as the property is registered then you will be able to obtain a copy of the title deeds from your local Land Registry office or website. I’ve posted the link below - they cost £4
