What is it like to live in Street or Glastonbury, Somerset?

Thanks....is there anywhere to avoid?

    I'm not trying to sell or anything but I live in Castle Cary which is in the vicinity of Street and Glastonbury and I think it's a lot nicer: it's smaller and prettier, with everything you could need there. Bruton's lovely too especially if you like medieval architecture. Wells is brilliant to visit but I reckon I'd tire of living there as again it's quite anonymous-feeling on the high street compared to Castle Cary, and seems good for retirement homes. It depends what you're after though: if you like Retail / High Street shopping above all else then Street is the place for you!
