Why is the insurance premiums so high in this area?

We are looking to move to the Hoxne area and was surprised by the number of properties for sale please can you confirm if there is anything we should be aware of, i.e. flooding, pylons etc.

  Sorry not an expert on insurance there could be a number of reasons for higher premiums. Best ask an insurance company what they might know or someone local etc.
