What's it like to live in Surbiton?
Is there much greenery in the area? Is it an area on the up?

Great place to live. Direct line to London (20 mins) Loads of nice bars and restaurants. Housing is variable in price and will sustain in price favourably. It is semi rural a 10 min drive will see you surrounded by green fields and horses.
