I take it you currently are living in the UK mainland? I would recommend that you see which agents are marketing and most imprtantly selling property similar to your own in Mallorca as I believe the spanish market is suffering more than the UK one. Contact 3 reputable agents and discuss market conditions, values and stratergies to sell and of course fees. Do not base your descision on highest value lowest fee. It will haunt you. A good agent will advise on what to do next and how to achieve the best price in the right timescales. Good luck.
