Advice on buying auction properties?
I'm interested in getting advice on how to buy/find auction properties in the London/Kent area. Many thanks for your advice.

Try Countrywide auctioneers for starters:

There are a few informative links on the internet including one on Primelocation (which is linked to Zoopla) nhttp://www.primelocation.com/guides/buying/how-to-buy-a-property-at-auction/
another on Money.co.uk: http://www.money.co.uk/article/1004306-how-to-buy-a-property-at-auction.htm
another at Home.co.uk: http://www.home.co.uk/guides/buying/auction_steps.htm
And finally (although there are loads more) you could look at the Which website: http://www.which.co.uk/money/mortgages-and-property/guides/how-to-buy-a-house/buying-a-property-at-auction/
There are numerous Auction Houses to chose from and its worth attending a couple of auctions just to get a feel for the process before you start "splashing the cash!"
Having said all the above, for most people buying at Auction is not ideal and there are a lot of potential pitfalls.
Speak to a good estate agent; preferably one that is a member of the NAEA or RICS and seek professional guidance if in doubt.
You are always welcome to pop into one of the local Lords Offices in the Kingston area or call us
