  • Sutton Coldfield has been described as "the most inspirational place to live in the West Midlands". With excellent road and rail connections to the rest of the UK its central position is more than ideal. The properties found in Sutton Coldfield and surrounding area range from small flats and apartments suitable for students and young professionals to what can only be described as manor houses and mansions. Having this diversity means that it is ideal area to base your lifestyle and to establish roots. The town centre itself has excellent array of shops and is easily accessible, not forgetting that a short trains journey to Birmingham city centre is not much of a problem. One of the most predominant features of Sutton Coldfield is the park, the second largest “urban” park in Europe. It is beautiful whether in Summer or Winter and is fantastic for a retreat from town life. Properties around this area a very sought after and great for the Buy-to-Let market.

  • I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.
