When was property built?

Hi, I'm about to start renting a property on Lichfield Rd, Sutton Coldfield and need to arrange contents insurance for it. In order to get a quote I need to know when it was built. Is there any way of finding this out without having to order documents from the Land Registry? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    We are going to need to know the street, so we can look at the style of property (Dont give the house number - just the street) Christopher
