Hi, how do I get local land values?

  • You need to contact a local Land Agent, the value of the land will depend on its use, Development possibilities and planning are worth a lot more than agricultural.

  • These are notourisly difficult to establish as it depends on location,designation and potential. Speak to local specialist agents and surveyors who should be able to give a general idea and Arthur's referance to the Valuation office is also a good idea. If you need a formal valuation a chartered surveyor is the best option.
