Please can you tell me what this area is like to live in - has it got a good friendly community? Is there a lot to do and is there good restaurants to go to. Is it a safe area with low crime rates? Does it have good transport?

Wonderful scenic area, quiet and rural, with easy access to the A55 and Llandudno, Conway. Reasonably sheltered from the prevailing winds, the village is built on a steep hillside. There have been problems with flooding in recent years, both from surface water run off and flooding from the River Conwy, though a flood relief scheme has recently been approved.
