If you are on the market with an Estate Agent, simply telephone them and confirm in writing your wish to come off the market. You will need to check your terms and conditions signed with them as they may have you locked in to a sole agency agreement. If you are taking it off because you no longer want to move then they should take it off immediately for you. It really does depend on who you are selling through!
