How much for a 10m square plot of land in Uxbridge?
My neighbour wants to buy this piece of land at the bottom of my garden (for storage) and also to buy access to a road to the rear of our properties from my neighbour on the other side of me. I have no idea how much it should be worth. I would put a covenant on the sale to prohibit him from building on the land.

Very difficult to answer, there are no hard or fast rules regarding land, particularly for amenity use.It is simply worth what he is prepared to pay and what you feel it detracts from the value of your property. I might be worth contacting three local estate agents to get there opinions on the effect of value on your home, which may give you a rough guide. In terms of physically dividing the plot a surveyor will be required to confirm new boundaries and they also may have an opinion. I would recommend the convenant or a contractural uplift may be a good idea if he is talking about obtaining secondary access.
