My husband lived a #1 Pant St in the early 1950's. His dad was Clee the post and his mother ran the general store. We have often considered moving back to the area and running a B&B. We are looking for a suitable property where we could have this business, and would like to have a separate bathroom for our guests. With your budget its just "doable" -you should look at Zoopla, Findaproperty/ Rightmove to identify whatn is available -you can even email the local agents via these portals asking what they have. Once you've got a shortlist and inspected them you should seek valuation advice before commiting to purchase your favourite. Attached brochure refers.
