Unused, neglected, overgrown end semi next to a car park?
Old house, end of block, overgrown, next to car park - what's the best way to find out who owns it other than calling at neighbours who may be unlikely to want to help or give info?

I would do a land registry search, it will cost you a few pounds but will give you a copy of the deeds. Hope that helps.

As long as the property is registered then you will be able to obtain a copy of the title deeds from your local Land Registry office or website. I’ve posted the link below - they cost £4
