  • Very nice, but also consider Kenilworth, just a 5 min drive, near Warwick Uni, and undergoing GBP25 Million High Street redevelopment...prices are on the rise...!

  • Very over-rated - especially if you like to be able to do more than eat out.

  • I moved to Warwick over three years ago from neighbouring Leamington, and it was the biggest mistake I've made in a long time. Warwick town centre is always jammed up with traffic and general congestion and parking in the centre is equally problematic. I also feel that Warwick has no actual life and soul to it. Many residents and district councillors in Warwick are hugely resistant to any positive changes being made which could vastly improve the town. Warwick is nice to visit (and therefore attracts its fair share of tourists) but isn't much fun to live in.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
