I am moving to Portobello Way, Warwick CV34, has there been subsidence due to the river flooding?
I have been told that due to the marsh lands flooding and the housing estate being built on there, it has caused subsidence and as a result the properties haven't been selling, 80% are empty! We have also been told we may not be able to get contents insurance becuase of this. I understand that the flats have had a lot of problems however I am moving into a house.
