How much is garden land worth in PO7 6

I would like to buy a piece of my neighbours garden purely for garden use - what is a reasonable price per square yard?

  • There is not set price per square meter. Garden values really depend upon how much each party is willing to pay or take, and also upon how they effect the value of the property which is losing it. Obviously, if a property had a 200ft garden and lost 30ft it wouldn't be a huge loss, but if you take 30ft of a 50ft garden, it's really going to affect that value. To give you an idea though I've seen a piece of garden go for approx 10k around 30x30ft approx recently, which was worth paying as the property had a smaller garden to start with, which was in PO7.
