Great - It is the second safest town/area to live in the UK. It has world class shopping facilities at the near-by Merry Hill Centre a famous Zoo and there is a lovely recreational area at the massive Himley Hall.

It is a lovely place to go to, very picturesque at night and the shopping centre has everything you could ask for. I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are, this will also give you a guide to house prices and movement of the market within the area. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area.
