  Many of the Pearson Road Houses have the rare luxury of larger gardens and ample loft space to extend into. Many have original features still in place such as iron fireplaces upstairs that give it that quirky edge. They are also more roomy than modern built houses. Driveways are a must as you will find that commuters use this street as a free car park however it is the station that also helps properties on this street keep their prices as it is an ideal location for the London /Brighton commute.
