What is better, investment in a flat in town (Saxton) or a house in Temple Newsom (Templegate View)?
What is a better investment, a flat in town (Saxton 112K @ 50% share = 56k) or a house in Temple Newsom (Templegate View - 2 bed bungalow 145K full ownership)? I'm new to the UK and the property market but here for 5-10 years so rentals do not seem to make sense. Thanks
