Am I classed as DSS.
Hi, I am about to become single again. I am wanting to rent a flat , I am working part time but will have some benefits ie housing benefit, tax credits etc. Will I be classed as DSS , and be restricted to properties that would be offered to someone not working.

Some landlords state that they do not want LHA tenants, others welcome there so it will be down to the individual landlord and property.
